14-day money-back guarantee
For new customers purchasing a standard KhushiJU monthly website subscription, you may request a refund of your first monthly subscription payment within 14 calendar days of that payment. This guarantee applies to the first subscription payment only.
Exclusions
Separately purchased domain registration or renewal, third-party licences, payment gateway transaction charges, and separately quoted custom work are not included in the subscription refund guarantee. Refunds for these charges, if any, depend on their individual terms and applicable law.
Cancellation
You may cancel future monthly renewals at any time. Cancellation stops future subscription billing; it does not automatically refund a completed billing period outside the 14-day first-payment guarantee. Contact us to arrange any available content or domain handover.
Request a refund
Email c0gvl4iwzgvn@easyexamnotes.com within 14 calendar days of your first subscription payment. Include your business name, payment date and transaction reference. We will verify the request and confirm the refund method and processing timeline in writing.
